When I Survey The Wondrous Cross

“But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.” Galatians 6:14

I pray you will be blessed hearing this beautiful old hymn this morning. It was written by Isaac Watts and first published in 1707. He may have been considered a "contemporary" songwriter as his more than 600 hymns were thought of as being innovative to the old style of hymns of the English Church. “Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.” Psalms 47:6

I pray you will have an amazing Monday and a great week!
