Yesterday evening, I got to Prayer Meeting a little early. (I usually do.) I enjoy the time sitting alone in the sanctuary for several reasons. Last night, I reached for a Baptist Hymnal, flipped through it and enjoyed reading and thinking about many of the songs. "One Day" is one ot the songs that caught my attention along with several others.
What a joy to wake to "One Day" this morning! Now, the version I woke too is not the traditional version as written in the Baptist Hymnal but one I remember The Inspirations singing beginning in 1989. It's a litte more upbeat with some pretty good bass singing! I hope you will enjoy hearing "One Day" today!
