Thank You Lord

I say it over and over and over again and I still can't say it enough! "Thank You Lord"!

It was a beautiful weekend! Yesterday was great day to go to Church and what a joy to team up and go visiting in our Church neighborhood in the afternoon. I'm not sure how many contacts our teams made but I know it was numerous and more homes left to stop by. I don't know how many actually families we spoke and prayed with but again there were several. As for me and my Brother, we met an older lady who spoke of missing going to Church and thanked us for stopping by. Another individual had just moved here and was eager to find a Church and said he would see us Sunday. Another individual was thankful we stopped by and said she was not going to Church but wanted a Church for her children to attend. And one of out last stops, we met a lady who had just received the call that her brother in law had just died. While she was saddened with the news she was comforted to know as she said, "he's walking the streets of gold now with her husband". I believe the other teams had similar stories of their visits.

In an hour's time and within just a stone's throw of a Church that has been in the neighborhood since 1890 (I think) we met so many that welcomed our visit. Many actually "thanked us" for what "we" were doing. I suspect that is representative of all neighborhoods across our country. "Thank You Lord" for the opportunity to share Your Love and Your Word with others. With each passing day, I realize more and more how blessed I am. Again, I can't give Him enough praise for what He has done for me!

I pray you will have a blessed Monday and enjoy hearing "Thank You Lord"!
