I love this great old hymn. It is a great reminder of what Jesus did for us at Calvary. It helps me to recognize what He does for me daily and what He will do for me in the future.
"I care not today what the morrow may bring,
If shadow or sunshine or rain,
The Lord I know ruleth o’er everything,
And all of my worries are vain."
To me, living by faith is working to be more like Jesus in my everyday walk of life. It's about the decision I made to ask Jesus to come into my life and follow Him. And as I've said so many times, He has never failed me though I have failed Him so many times.
"Living by faith in Jesus above,
Trusting, confiding in His great love;
From all harm safe in His sheltering arm,
I’m living by faith and feel no alarm."
