It was in 1974 when I recall first hearing "I Just Heard From Heaven". The Inspirations Quartet recorded it on their "More To Go To Heaven For" album in 1974. Hearing this song this morning brings back lots of memories. First, the quartet I was singing with sang quite a few songs from this album including "More To Go To Heaven For" and "I Just Heard From Heaven". In addition, The Inspirations were "regulars" on Gospel Jubilee and it made Sunday mornings and getting ready to go to Church even more enjoyable for me!
"I just heard my Savior whisper, my child you're not alone. I just heard from Heaven and everything is alright now."
