How Great Thou Art

It was a gorgeous day yesterday and a wonderful day to be in Church to worship. Of course, I don't recall many Sundays it wasn't good to go to Church, can you? Brother Ronnie led us in a beautiful song service. Nick shared a special song as only Nick can. Brother Noah was away on guard duty, ministering to soldiers in Mobile, AL so we had a special guest to deliver the sermon. It was my first time to hear, Brother Gary Buchannan and he shared a powerful message from Isaiah 6:1-8.

As he was preaching, the song "How Big Is God" came to my thoughts and stayed with me most of the day. Brother Gary focused our attention on the "awesomeness" of our God we serve. His majesty, His glory, His power, the Creator of all things, and how He is on His throne in control of all things. "He's big enough to create this mighty universe, yet small enough to live within my heart." In all of God's incomparable power, glory and majesty, our Holy God also made a way by His grace that I can be saved from my sins. And we can stand "boldly" in this world for what we believe through of faith in Jesus Christ! Thank you Brother Gary for the message yesterday.

I would not have surprised me to wake to "How Big Is God" this morning but instead, I woke to "How Great Thou Art". I pray you will be blessed to hear this great old song this today!

As I was searching for a version of "How Great Thou Art" to share, I came across "Kim's Story". I think you know how much I enjoy The Collingsworth Family and I thought you might enjoy this clip also.

I pray you will have a wonderful Monday!
