How Big Is God

"How big is God? How big and wide is His vast domain?

To try to tell these lips can only start.

He's big enough to rule His mighty universe

Yet small enough to live within my heart."

The past few weeks it seems God and His power and glory have been on my mind more than normal. Brother Steven in one of his final services with us talked about God as our Creator and how He made things perfectly for us. Two Wednesday nights ago, the subject of Brother Noah's Bible Study was "God's Design. It hard for my simple human mind to totally comprehend the size and scope of God's creation.

A few days ago I was reading an article but the picture was what caught my attention. I'll probably get this message all wrong because I really don't remember. As I recall this was a picture from one of the satellites sent to space many years ago. I believe its name was "Voyager". This was a photo taken recently as it reached the outer limits of our solar system. But what really caught my attention was what was in the picture. It's the same picture but it was showing earth from the outer reaches of space.

Can you see that tiny little speck of a white circle inside the yellow one that I drew? That's this beautiful planet we call Earth that God created for us to live on. He created the vast universe that surrounds us ... He created it ALL including all the stars and even naming each one. Earth perfectly positioned in our solar system, in our universe, in God's World, to sustain our lives so we can live and worship Him. "How Big Is God? To try to tell, these lips can only start. He's big enough to rule His mighty universe, yet small enough to live within my heart."

I pray you will enjoy this song today and your Monday will be amazing!
