This morning is one of those happy, toe-tapping, hand clapping songs. I remember it sung most often by The Cathedrals but many of the older quartets included it in their singings. It's one of those where each person starts singing all together, then goes off singing in all different directions and finish all in the same place. Well, that's the way it's suppose to work. LOL
It was written by Adger M. Pace. Mr. Pace was involved in Gospel music at an early age. He was the first president of the National Singing Convention and he served many years as the Music Editor of all Vaughn Publications. He may be best known for his teaching of Gospel music but if you flip through and old song book you will see his name throughout. Some of his songs that come to mind this morning are, "That Will Be A Glad Reunion Day", "Jesus Is All I Need", and "Beautiful Star of Bethlehem".
I hope you will enjoy listening to Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, enjoying themselves as they sing this happy song!
I pray you will have a blessed Thursday!
